Special-shaped NdFeB magnets have no fixed standard profiles. All are customized and processed in accordance with customers’ product structures and magnetic circuit designs. Complex shapes including steps, slots, chamfers, multi-curved surfaces, concave-convex positions and combined composite profiles can be realized. They fit special installation structures that standard magnets cannot adapt to, precisely match internal equipment space and optimize magnetic field output performance.

1. Material Composition
It is composed of neodymium metal, pure iron and ferroboron with the chemical formula Nd₂Fe₁₄B. Various metal elements are added in specific proportions and shaped via multiple precise metallurgical processes to deliver consistent and stable magnetic properties.
2. Product Classification
NdFeB magnets fall into two categories: sintered NdFeB and bonded NdFeB. All our special-shaped magnets are made of sintered NdFeB, widely known as the "King of Permanent Magnets". It outperforms bonded NdFeB drastically with powerful magnetic force, strong demagnetization resistance and long service life.
3. Manufacturing Process
Batching → Melting → Powder Making → Compaction → Sintering → Precision Special-Shaped Machining → Magnetization for finished products.
Special-shaped precision processing covers wire cutting, precision grinding, slotting, step machining, drilling, curved surface polishing and electroplating, with tightly controlled dimensional tolerances.
4. Surface Treatments
Common anti-rust coatings include zinc plating (color zinc, blue-white zinc, etc.), nickel plating, Ni-Cu-Ni composite coating and paint coating.
For harsh anti-corrosion requirements, optional special treatments are epoxy coating, electrophoresis, phosphating, gold plating, silver plating and chrome plating, suitable for humid, corrosive, outdoor and other complex working environments.
5. Application Fields
