Flexible Rubber Magnet Rolls

Roll rubber magnets are coiled flexible permanent magnetic rolls with soft, bendable and rollable substrates. Supplied in full rolls for mass secondary processing in factories, they can be slit into strips, sheets and special-shaped small pieces.

With uniform multipole magnetization, they deliver stable magnetic attraction. The laminated type is waterproof and wear-resistant, while the adhesive-backed version can be directly attached to boards, plastics, metals and wood panels without scratches after disassembly for flexible application.

Magnetization Modes: Custom single-sided multipole magnetization and double-sided multipole magnetization are both available.

1. Material Composition

Made by kneading and extruding ferrite magnetic powder (magnetic source) with polymer materials including soft PVC and plasticizers. Containing no rare earth raw materials, it features low cost with flexibility as its core characteristic.

2. Product Classification

Classified into single-sided magnetic rolls and double-sided magnetic rolls. Surfaces can be plain or PVC laminated, and pre-coated strong double-sided adhesive is available to meet diverse bonding and protection requirements. Compared with rigid magnets, it boasts great toughness and will not scratch bonded surfaces.

3. Production Process

Knead magnetic powder with rubber additives → extrude into full-width rolls → directional multipole magnetization → lamination / adhesive lamination composite → wind into finished large rolls, which can be cut into any custom sizes afterwards.

4. Surface Treatments

Standard plain surface; PVC lamination delivers waterproof, scratch-resistant and anti-aging performance; pre-coated double-sided adhesive enables quick installation without drilling holes.
