Strip Rubber Magnets

Strip rubber magnets are flexible long permanent magnetic materials with soft bendable substrates. Their smooth surfaces will not scratch metal contact surfaces, and they can be freely cut into segments on site, widely applied for simple magnetic fixing structures.

Designed with multipole magnetization for even magnetic attraction, they can be attached directly to plastics, boards and hardware parts with optional adhesive backing. Easy to disassemble without residual glue or hard scratches.

Magnetization Direction: Customizable single-sided multipole magnetization and double-sided multipole magnetization available.

1. Material Composition

It is extruded by mixing ferrite magnetic powder with soft polymer carriers such as PVC and rubber. Free of rare earth metals, it delivers cost advantages and outstanding flexibility.

2. Product Classification

Classified into single-sided rubber magnets and double-sided rubber magnets. In terms of surface finish, there are plain surface and laminated types, with optional adhesive backing upon request. Compared with hard ferrite and rare earth magnets, flexibility and bendability are its core advantages.

3. Production Process

Mixing and kneading magnetic powder with rubber additives → extruding into long strips → magnetic orientation & magnetization → laminating / applying adhesive and rewinding → cutting to customized lengths. Custom length and width cutting is supported.

4. Surface Treatment

Standard plain surface; optional PVC lamination for wear resistance, waterproof and dustproof performance; 3M double-sided adhesive backing available for direct bonding.

5. Main Applications

Magnetic fixation for advertising posters, magnetic sealing strips for doors and windows, magnetic strips for hardware tools, cabinet door magnetic catches, magnetic toy accessories, display sign fixing, magnetic stationery, simple magnetic positioning for equipment, etc.
